    I contracted with a family friends son for a replacement cement driveway and some power washing in the amount of $10,480 which was paid in full. The power washing was not completed, they promised to come back on the following Saturday, that did not happen. The cement driveway was blamed on bad cement. They came back countless times, one excuse after another. It cannot be fixed it needs to be replaced. They did not make a viable professional offer. I requested a price adjustment return of $6,500. I have another contractor that will redo the cement driveway for that amount. I think that is fair to cover their labor costs, I am not paying for the bad cement. I said they should get a credit for the cement. They responded that's the cost of doing business. I paid for a cement driveway and it is totally unacceptable.

    It is a shame that someone can attempt to defame and tarnish a new buisness with complete false allegations. The text message images will prevail the truth that very VIABLE offers made and the truth of who said Cost of doing buisnessNever a phone call ignored nor a text. Fully engaged to do everything we could to satisfy this customer between other contractors poising her brain and not allowing us to complete our project made it extremely difficult. Not only expressed multiple times that if she allowed us to complete project and still was unhappy we would gladly not only fully replace but even upgrade her to pavers as she said concrete not an option and was picking out colors of pavers. Not much to say when someone wants to try to hurt a small buisness they will do anything it takes to do so and will use platforms like BBB.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 
    The business reference ID #******** did not give any viable resolve.  The contract was for cement work which was not done properly.  The cement work was completed there was no further action that could have been done to fix how it was completed.  If they could not provide proper cement services they should not offer those services. There were so many excuses, too many contradictions and never a any type of fair resolve.
