      Was sold an amp which was not brand new. The amp Roland ** 60 amp sent had been opened, Although it is past the 45 day return period. The representative at ********** knew they were selling me a used amp. It was not in the original box. It also has nicks on the cabinet. This is not the way to do business. I will never buy anything from **********. No one ever told me the amp was used. Paid full price for the item. There is no telling how many hours the amp was used on the sales floor. ********** is now unwilling to make amends for their error. The 45 day return should not even be enforced since the company knowingly sold amp as a brand new item, unopened item. This is not the way to do business! Spoke to someone in corporate office who told me I would need to call customer service number. The customer service person was also unwilling to help. This is how ********** customer service resolution works!

      The customer did not contact us about the condition of the amp until 8 months after purchase. Had we been contacted promptly we would have replaced the product, but how are we to evaluate whether nicks and scratches were there on purchase or the result of 8 month of the customer's use. It is our practice, if only a floor model is available, to notify the customer of the condition before shipment and give the customer the option of a refund or price reduction before shipment.

      down and out crooks ! sold me a ***** guitar knowing it had a repaired cracked neck ..it was so poorly packed and shipped in full A400 tuning it came broken ..I returned it , and now it is back for sale on there website .without one word of it being repaired ..*****'s pitty the fool that buys it from them ...plus I emailed them busting them for what they are doing , could care less .....so bad !

      Bait and switch period. I purchased from ********** on reverb.com an ***** and ***** zedi10fx mixer from and ad clearly marked zedi10fx, with a full description of all features including built in effects processor. I received the zedi10 model which has no effects processor. I immediately contacted ********** and was told the ad was wrong on reverb, and there was no replacement available. There was however several of the model I ordered through reverb on *********** website and was told Id have to pay considerably more than I had agreed to through reverb. After not being willing or able to help me find a replacement at the agreed upon price they straight up ghosted me and stopped replying, even after I called them out for having the ad up on reverb several days later, which they then removed immediately after my message, but failed to reply to me the customer. I asked to be removed from their system and no longer will have any dealings with a shady company like Sam Ash Music. Their website claims that they will make it right if something goes wrong, that's untrue. DO NOT BUY FROM SAM ASH MUSIC.

      Exceptional Luthier Expertise at ****************** to *****!I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at ****************************************, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional work done by their skilled luthier, *****. My TV Yellow Epiphone *************** Special underwent a transformation that has left me absolutely thrilled.*****'s expertise truly shines through. He replaced the nut and bridge with precision, making use of a bone material that has elevated the overall quality of my guitar. The neck adjustment he performed has transformed my Epiphone into a instrument that now rivals the feel of a ****** Custom shop guitar. It's evident that ***** takes great pride in his work, as every detail was attended to with care and precision.One of the standout features of *****'s work is the incredibly low action he achieved. Playing my guitar now feels like a breeze the action is so low that even a baby could effortlessly strum away.       Horrible! Lazy, *************************** ********** shipped me damaged, incomplete goods that were missing essential components. I processed the return over the phone, and then ordered a replacement online. That evening, I drove 45 minutes to the store to return the damaged, incomplete product. It was an hour before closing time. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store, with five clerks milling around, all looking bored and ready to go home. I walked the damaged product to the pro audio desk. The clerk in pro audio acted like the (already completed!) return was impossible to process. After wasting another 20 minutes getting assistance from another clerk, they said the return would take several business days to finalize. I then asked for the replacement I ordered hours before from the stores inventory. I had just driven 45 minutes, one way, and walked in my return. I repeat, it was 40 MINUTES before closing time, with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store. The clerks could not be bothered with getting me my replacement purchase, ordered HOURS earlier. They told me Id have to come back later next week.A week later, I called the store to make sure my purchase was ready for pickup. Pro audio picked up the phone. Slammed with customers they whined, give me a phone number, Ill call you back. Finally, I got the product I ordered. However, I saw that the return credit for the damaged product had not yet been processed. I called the 800 number and learned that ********** NEVER ISSUED THE CREDIT for the returned goods.

      Twice now I've tried to do business with this company and got burned both times. May of 2023 & Jan of **** I purchased Sabian HHX Complex Crash cymbals and the next day they refunded my payment saying: "Note from seller 5/24/2023 I was checking with my warehouse to see when this order was supposed to ship but it appears they did not update their inventory and advised me that we do not have this in stock. We are sorry for this issue and that we are going to have to refund this order since it is not going to ship.       Bait-and-switch tactics, inattentive customer service.
      I placed an order online for an expensive drum kit and a kick pedal set. I was contacted a day later via e-mail to inform me that the drum kit (which was depicted on their website as a new-in-box, retail product) was actually a heavily-used floor model, and asked me if I still wanted it. I said no, and I requested that the entire order be canceled if a new kit could not be sent. I was told the order would be canceled. The verbiage used was very plain and direct; I wanted the entire order canceled.
      The rest of the order was not canceled. A day following that, I received a shipping notice for the rest of the order, and a charge on my credit card for the merchandise that I expressly did not consent to. Because ***** ignored the large note on my door refusing delivery, I am now burdened with returning the (heavy) shipment.

      We are sorry for the error on our part that led to a bad experience for the customer. We have refunded the customer for the portion of the order that was not cancelled in a timely manner and have told the customer that he does not have to go through the inconvenience of returning the drum pedal.

      Brought a new Casio piano for my son upcoming piano class over thanksgiving with a good discount from SamAsh website. With great excitement but then a deep disappointment, we received a used floor model! SamAsh customer service said it was their mistake that they didn't notify ** before shipping the floor model out. They promised ** that the manager approved to ship ** a brand new one once we returned the item back to them. Throughout this 2 week back and forth return process, we kept getting the promises from their CS that a new one will be shipped to **. However, now they got the item back and then told ** that they couldn't ship ** a new one because it is out of stock. We wasted 2 week of wait to deal with their CS. Now I have to scramble to look for a replacement for my son who will start his first piano class soon, not to mention, I miss all those sales discounts.If a business breaks their promises and disappoints you time after time, how can you trust this business anymore?! No for SamAsh anymore!

      I sold some music equipment to *** ********************* *******, on ***********. What they gave me was a joke. Your better of in a **** shop. Plus the service was sooo-slow. Took 3 hours of my time. Now, still waiting for check for my equipment. Check never came. So now, probably gone *** for alot more. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT RIP-OFF *** ***!!!
