    I have been a customer since 1997, and we are very satisfied with Lowitt Alarms Security Systems,Yesterday 4/5/24, we had a problem the alarm could not shut off, after calling Lowitt, and following directions I could not shut off the alarm, and was told that there was no appointment for repair until tomorrow, *****, was kind enough to rearrange the appointments and ************* a repair person, came to our home at about 4PM and installed a new battery and radio which solve the problem, We are very thankful and highly recommend Lowitt Alarms and Security to any who is thinking about getting a Security System. *************************************
