    Date of Transaction was February 1, 2024. The cost was $314.99 USD which was paid with my credit card. The service that Cblaxers committed to provide was a Women's lacrosse showcase camp for my daughter to attend scheduled for June 24, 2024. The dispute is that on June 21, 2024 the company issued an email that they were rescheduling the event due to "too many players canceling due to Exams/Regents." They moved the date to July 1/24 which my daughter couldn't attend due to other commitments. In the same email they stated 'Please email us at ******************************* if you are no longer able to attend or if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.' I have sent multiple emails and tried calling the phone number listed in ******* which is not in service. I have received no response from the business in order to resolve this issue as I just want my money back as they broke the agreement when they cancelled the original date of the camp. I also sent them an email that I would be contacting Better Business Bureau if no response was received by them, which again after 1 week still no response.
