      I originally booked through ******** Movers but was directed towards Bee -line. I didnt put too much thought in it as I have had an excellent experience with ******** Movers. However, this company (********)is an absolute scam and fraud. *** sent over a small truck (that could fit a studio apt items) and the move was a two bedroom apt with items for two adults and a child.The movers came , which by the way are excellent (Kyle,Benny, ****) and called *** and informed him that the truck is too small and they do not have complete equipment to do the job *** stated make it work. I had given an inventory of 19 items, but in fact was 16 It took the movers 1.5-2hrs to decide on what to do. They were very efficient and experienced (took 2-3hrs or even more) to fit all our stuff in the small truck. The job could have been completed in that much time with a bigger truck. On top of that- we were to stop at our storage unit and my bf had to use his Jeep because there was no room in the truck. The job would have been completed quicker if we had a bigger truck. I was charged double for an error made on **** end. Instead of working with me he threatened to call the cops stating if you dont pay the price provided then the cops will be at your door step. Moreover, which amazed me even more was he said I will have to fill out another credit card authorization form (as I declined the first payment because I wanted to clear my concerns prior to payment. ) and said if I take to long in filling the form he will have to charge me for the time it is taking to complete the form. I approved the purchase and *** called me saying it was declined. I called my ********** they said the merchant declined my payment. Not only was I over charged , I am still moving stuff in addition to hiring Bee-line (which defeats the purpose of hiring a moving company). *** is arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. An individual like him should not be running a company.

      They were polite, but were 3 hours late. They ended up leaving two pieces of furniture and I was told they had to come back the next day, where they were again 3 hours late. They broke two small pieces off my desk, and left a piece out when they were putting it back together and just left it like that and didn't tell me. They left power cords at the original house so I couldn't check to see if my treadmill worked after they manhandled it and scratched it up pretty badly. The owner tried to renegotiate after we had already had a walk through and contract. Overall, very unprofessional and I would never use again. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I did tip the first two guys very well the first day. They worked very hard and I don't want to take the owner's unprofessionalism out on them.
