    On October 14th at 9:32am i ordered a case of the raw turkey formula for ***** and an order of the raw duck formula for *****. Totaling my order to $74.98 My order number was **** On October 19th I received an email my order was shipped via ***** and would arrive October 20th. On October 20th i received an email my order arrived at 12:20pm. Upon opening my order I found only my order of the raw turkey had been delivered. My duck order was not included in the package. I sent an email to Raw Dynamics customer service email and received no response. I then called the number provided and it went to an automated voicemail. I left messages for 3 days straight and never got a call back. I have messaged them on their Instagram and ******** and have not received an answer back. I have emailed them two additional times and still have not received an answer back. It has been 8 days now and I have gotten zero contact from this company about rectifying this.
