    One star is too much for this awful company. A relative hired company to build an addition to his home. Contractor then hired “W” the mason to pour foundation. Contractor didn't come by to check on “W”. If he had done his job and checked on the mason, he would have seen that “W” didn't pour foundation deep enough, didn't follow blueprints, left tree roots in foundation and didn't have enough concrete so he left a corner section unfilled. When home owner questioned if vapor barrier was put down before concrete was poured, “W” said yes and that was a lie. After two attempts to fix the foundation, the contractor wanted third attempt. Home owner had codes enforcement guy come by and project was shut down. Home owner now out thousands of dollars for the deposit made. Don't make the same mistake this home owner did. Look elsewhere if you want a contractor who can get the job done right. Westside Developers should not be allowed to do business. A final note: when home owner had the disastrous foundation jackhammered, he found a tiny piece of vapor barrier that was shoved into a hole that had been cut after foundation was poured to make it appear that he placed a vapor barrier down. Wow! What a joke. Stay clear of Westside Developers unless you don't mind giving your hard earned money to this circus of a company. I think a monkey could have done a better job.
