      A few weeks ago we arrived at this hotel very late after a long day of travel. We saw online they had a room available so we stopped in to stay. They told us there weren’t any rooms open. So I showed them there was one available and they miraculously found it after that. We get in the room long enough to put our shopping bag down and head to the casino a few hours. We get back at 130 or so to the room.. and notice literal human poop on the bed. We called the front desk and they said there were no other rooms and brought us up new bedding. We changed it.. then I went into the bathroom for the first time. Where there was used toilet paper on the floor and the toilet seat up, pubes and hair in the shower, all over. Beard hair all over the sink and counter. Hair on floor. The shampoo and soap were literally half used!! Food in and on the microwave. Not vacuumed at all. There was brown spots all over the sink and it wiped away super easy so someone just didn’t clean in there. I called the front desk back and showed them photos .. to which the girl said “she wasn’t surprised as they have this complaint often from the cleaners..” but again no rooms available to move us to. I said then I’ll check out and I want my money back. And she said you’re welcome to leave but I can’t give you a refund. You can talk to management in the morning. So they brought us up a clear bottle of pink cleaning solution and a rag so we could clean it ourselves. No gloves or anything. We woke up with a red rash and burning hands and arms. So the manager in the morning was extremely rude and offered again, no help. Saying although she was a manager she couldn’t do anything without talking to a director. Took my number sand said she would call back that day. It’s been weeks with no return call. Every time we call we’re told they can’t help us or they leave us on hold for hours. So we put up reviews on social media and they blocked us and removed the comments.
