  New York Door and Closet just replaced 7 doors in my apartment. Experience was seamless from start to finish. The old doors were so shabby. They had been over painted, papered, and had lots of damage from poorly placed hooks, didn't close, etc. The dimension of the original doors could not accommodate ready-made replacements. The new doors are like fine furniture. They are beautiful, bright and clean, with new hardware, and they add a very polished, neat and up to date look in my home. Measuring and installation were quick and clean. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and professional. I am so glad that I found this company and did this particular renovation. New York Door and Closet really provides a unique service.

  Can only say that NY Door & Closet exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process including initial contact, estimate process, phone follow-up, measuring, installation and clean up. The installation team installed 17 single doors and 8 sliding doors in no time - - - in and out with no fuss.Every individual we interacted with was pleasant, professional and courteous.Would highly recommend them. Score 100 out of 100.

  I just had 11 new doors installed and I love them. *** is fantastic and ***** is amazing. They were on time and left no mess. **** was precise in measuring my old doors. Also they had 2workers and they were working bees. This i s such a professional outfit. I took pictures of my beautiful doors and sent them to friends. I would definitely recommend ny doors and closets to anyone who is thinking about having new doors installed. I enjoy looking at my lovely doors every day.   From start to finish, the New York Door and Closet folks were a pleasure to deal with. ***** got everything started, and helped me choose the make and design for my new Manhattan bedroom closet doors. **** and ***** were professional, friendly, and incredibly fast installers, and ****** kept track of all the moving parts accommodating my busy schedule and last-minute requests. The costs were reasonable and the service exceptional. I highly recommend New York Door and Closet for jobs big or small!**************

  From the first visit to installation, the process was smooth and efficient. Everybody was friendly, helpful, competent, and a joy to work with. I love my doors. They are exactly what I wanted and they look beautiful. I have had many experiences with home renovation that were difficult and terrible. New York Door and Closet is the opposite -- professional and efficient from start to finish. Thank you for a great experience and a fabulous outcome!!

  **Positive experience from start to finish....Recently, we decided to go with New York Door and Closet to replace all our bedroom and closet doors. ********************* (sales rep.) came for the consult to discuss options, pricing and take measurements. He was punctual, professional and took time to answers all our questions and concerns. Because of his calm demeanor, we didn't feel rushed or pressured in anyway, giving us the confidence to go ahead with the job. Doors were ready on schedule and the Saturday appointment they promised us for installation was kept. **** and ***** arrived on time to do the job. Both guys are excellent craftsmen with years of experience and were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. The new doors are beautiful, fit perfectly and transform the entire space! ****************** was exactly right when he told us their doors are "a piece of furniture." We could not be happier with the outcome. And were further impressed when the owner of the company stopped by to meet us and check on everything after the job was completed.
