    I have purchased a maintenance contract on my heating unit which allows for a spring tune up/ service as well as a fall service. To date the company has failed to schedule my appointment for service.

    I had a total home comfort project done in my home which included insulation and installing mini split system. I have had nothing but problems since the project began. This company hired cheap labor to insulate my attic and crawl space. They installed sub floor in attic that has gaps between boards, s**** heads popping, patched up pieces of flooring with wood that already existed and floored over existing pieces of wood instead of removing causing sub floor to have bumps. There has been a problem with one mini split outdoor unit and 2 indoor heads most likely from the time of install because they failed to insulate the hole in garage wall to bedroom that was for a hose that ran from indoor head and out to garage causing unit to run constantly all winter long and in June when we went to use air conditioning, the unit still kept running and could not get temperature below 77 degrees. Once tech came and insulated that hole, unit was better but still a problem. Temperature in bedroom and kitchen was never consistent with the temperature set. They could never get to 70 degrees and if they did, the head would quickly blow warm air around which would cause unit to go on again. Tech came out again and removed refrigerant from the line, vacuumed and installed new refrigerant and replaced pins. He said there was debris in the line and time would tell if it damaged the system. He was convinced though that he fixed it. He didnt. Both heads still running inconsistent. Cant regulate the temperature. Blowing warm air. Another tech comes again with service manager. They decide to order new sensors and motherboard for both heads. A few more weeks go by and finally tech installs the new parts. Still a problem. Called a couple of days later and a few days after that, (8/31/23) service manager calls me. I tell him there is still I problem and I no longer want this repaired, I want them replaced. I have spent countless days waiting for techs and rearranging my schedule and end result is still the same. It is now 9/19/23 and no resolution. Attic subfloor needs to be fixed and split system replaced.

    We had them install a new system for air & heat in June of this year. It has broken & I have tried to call them on 9/14/23 and 9/15/23 with no one getting back to me. I either want them to fix the problem or replace the unit.

     I am still waiting 2 weeks for a replace part from ****'s to come which is a blower fan. I keep calling them & am getting nowhere with this issue. I either want this replaced or a new unit installed ASAP. Finish the job; Replacement; Exchange

    We completely understand your frustration.  As we mentioned in our phone call with you, ***** has informed us that they have a bad batch of motors, and they believe the fan motors you are receiving are coming from the same batch. They have another motor shipping from a different batch coming straight to your home with a tentative delivery date of Friday (10/13/23). After speaking with our local distributor's technical manager, he believes that the main condenser board should be changed at the same time as the motor, because it could be damaged. We are going to get a board and replace both parts at that time.  If the problem is not resolved, we will replace the outdoor condensing unit with a new one.  One way or another, your system will be fixed.  We very much appreciate your patience.

    I have had an ongoing problem with Green Team LI since they completed work on my home in March 2020. I specifically am having issues with the window they installed in my home. There were 9 windows total and out of the 9 windows 6 have leaked or not functioning (i.e. opening) I contacted the company several times (March 2020 for leaking basement windows, August 2020 for leaking double windows, and December 2022 about wood damage from leaking windows). I have provided them opportunities to attempt to fix and they have not followed up or completed any of it. The double window in front of my house was installed using black plastic garbage bags for waterproofing around the outside. They refuse to give me an itemized bill with a breakdown of the costs of the window materials, labor, and installation. I have requested verbally and in writing over 5 times. I have tried to speak with them about reimbursement for the installation and labor since it was not done correctly and has incurred damage to my home. Most recently basement ****** windows will not open at all stopping me from having any access to the crawl space under my kitchen. I have spoken to ********************* at the company and he told me even with pictures, estimates, and other information the windows did not fail and he will not give me any compensation for them.

    ** Green Team was contracted to install a new furnace and improve the insulation in February of 2022 with the expectation that the work would be completed at the end of March. The installation was reported to be complete in May of 2022 by ******************* but that report proved to be false because the system was not completely installed until October 2022 and since that time the furnace has not worked correctly. The Insulation was also reportedly completed in May of 2022, but the **** inspection in September found the work to be both incomplete and embarrassingly poor. On the 14th of November 2022, I requested a service call because the thermostat was not reading the temperature of the home accurately and the furnace was running without stopping. Since that call, I have had one technician no-show, one when a technician came and did not report his findings or actions, and a visit and then a phone call with *********************** all of which have not fixed the problem.

    Signed a contract for heat pump installation on May 4. Gave a $9300 down payment. Due to financial and family issues, we had to cancel the contract. Contacted the salesman, *************************, on June 27 and requested cancellation and refund of the down payment. The installation hadn't been scheduled or started at this time. I didn't hear from anyone at the company regarding the refund and I've sent follow-up emails and made follow up phone calls. ****, who answered the phone at the office, told me a refund was coming. We have not received a refund as of this writing. We need this money back to take care of our issues.
