    Someone came in to perform my routine winter turn on service. I was told all the signals were getting sent but the coils were not heating up. It took almost 24-hours to receive my quote and a vague report about what was wrong. I forwarded it to my home warranty company and was told that it was too vague to decide if the issue was covered. It has been almost 1 full week since the warranty company asked for a more detailed report, and 5 days since I contacted them again and there has been no response AT ALL!This is not the first time I dealt with this company, they also burned my siding when changing my AC unit outside. Should have learned my ****** then.I obtained a second opinion, turns out no parts were bad, just part of the power to the unit was flipped on, her turned and on and I now have heat!

    I was hired by this company as a sub and they never paid us after the work was completed. Not the type of person or company I would want in my house or business.

    Last summer Elite comfort installed a brand new system and then two days later our ceiling fell in. They came back to fix it and I just came home from work and the outline from the last ceiling collapse is bubbling and ready to cave in for the 2nd time in a year due to their irresponsible work. It is right over our bedroom. The quality of work is negligible and we will be calling a lawyer. We cant get anyone in the phone to come deal with it
