      We left a $4000 deposit back in May for a closet system that needed to be built and ordered for us. ****** and ****** knew we were having construction done at our house for other projects but of course they wanted their money so they didnt lose the sale we left them a $4000 deposit so that everything can be started and we were put on the schedule for July 28th & 29th. I gave them a month notice that construction was not going to be ready in time for those dates so we were put on the schedule again for August 22nd & 23rd. I dealt with ****** and she knew full well the situation at my house and that construction was going to be started on August 15th and she messaged me that morning that my install date was no longer going to be on the 22nd or the 23rd and that she would tentatively put me on the schedule for the 29th and 30th I told her that doesnt work for me because my sons birthday party is the 27th and now my entire closet is in my living room. All she did was proceeded to do was blame me that they had to reschedule my install several times which was a lie because I was only on the schedule once for July 28th & 29th and said theyve done nothing but accommodate me which I have no idea what shes referring to there was nothing to "accommodate" and she said theyve been holding my closet system for months which also wasnt in my control they wanted their deposit and they knew we werent gonna be ready to have it installed for a little while. Either way they have done nothing to resolve the issue of rescheduling us and getting us back on the schedule we have no idea whats going on and their communication has been terrible. ****** and ****** say its on this one girl ****** to put us on the schedule but we have not heard from her and every time we text or call the owner she avoids us or tells us we need to wait to hear from ******. This has been a complete nightmare and we are beyond aggravated and disgusted with this entire transaction.

      Dear *** *********** completing your custom closet installation today, we hope you enjoy your new space.  We were somewhat perplexed to receive this complaintwe thought we were communicating clearly with you about what to expect and how to plan.  Well respond here to the issues you raised. 
      While we understand rescheduling can be frustrating, sometimes circumstances present themselves that we cannot control.  We take our customer service very seriously. We regret any inconvenience you have experienced.
      Yes, as is industry standard, we do require a 50% deposit on all contracts to order the custom materials required for your project.  As we discussed before you signed the agreement, we let you know to expect 6-8 weeks for the special orders to be manufactured for you and to arrive. 
      Once your order arrived, we wanted to begin production.  So, we contacted you and were informed your renovation was not yet started; from our records, your installation was placed on our calendar four separate times and had to be rescheduled due to your circumstances.  This was why we said we had accommodated your scheduling changes.
      As we started getting closer to the tentative final install date of August 23rd - 24th, we had a few difficult unforeseen situations, which were relayed to you.   This caused us to have to move your install to August 29th - 30th.
