    I previously sent three pairs of sneakers into custom cleats to be converted into cleats and I was a satisfied customer. ******* was the owner and he was very helpful. However, ******* sold the company and the new owners are very unprofessional. I sent in another pair of sneakers recently to be converted into cleats and I called them to get a status update on my order because it was taking longer than it had previously. The new owner blamed me for not paying for expedited shipping and said it was my fault for not reading the FAQs on their website, which said that the turnaround time is two weeks. I responded by saying that my orders in the past were always completed in just 5-6 days and made the simple suggestion that they put that in a more obvious place on their website. He continued to berate me, so I got very upset and told him that I will never be a customer again and hung up the phone. Then I received an email from *** stating that my package has been delayed due to a mechanical problem, which is clearly retaliation on the part of this company. They are holding my pair of sneakers hostage and wont send them back to me.
