    We were communicating with Hilitron Technologies Inc, thru email with *** ***** ******* for our order since 03 November 2024, On 21 November 2024 we made payment of total ***** USD for our PO ********************* for their Proforma invoice SO ****** & SO ****** with agreed lead time of 30 working days, so 30 December 2024 was the estimated delivery date for our product, which was postponed to first week of January by *** ***** citing continuous public holidays for *************** year, we were not able to reach *** ***** in the first week of January or any of their staff, on 18 Jan 2025 *** ***** informed us that manufacturers of our product has changed the delivery date 06 September 2025, which we did not agree and asked him to cancel immediately and refund our money, on 28 ***************** confirmed through email that he has officially cancelled our orders with the manufacturers on 21 January 2025, we tried to pursue him through mails and calls but no response and on 18 February he confirmed through email that the manufacturer has approved our order cancellation and our money will be refunded within 1-2 weeks, but till date no information about our refund, nobody picks up the phone ************, ************, ************ or reply to emails ********************************* ********************************* we hope this is not a purchase scam, we need immediate refund, our customers are threatening to take legal action against us if we did not refund their money, kindly help us to solve this issue.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Hilitron Technologies Inc regarding complaint ID ********. We have sent multiple emails requesting for refund they never responded, but when we send mail from another company email ID they immediately responded with their quotation, please check attached email conversation, same person with same email ID and same phone number responding, all their quoted items are with lead time more than ***** days, its very clear that they are scamming people, kindly help us to catch these culprits.

    Place an Order Dated 7/23/2024 order 100 each IPP-8057 component. Total 100 each, Unit price $100. total PO: $10,000.00 Delivery Mid October 2024.Payment made 7/30/2024 full.Still the product not delivered, not able to contact or response from company by e-mail or ********** to get a refund.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hilitron Technologies Inc regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They sent an email dated 1/8/2025 to confirm they are going to pay back the amount for the order but since then company did not make the payment, I sent several emails to remind them but so respond.
