      We  were not given a contract or a receipt Richard never offered us a contract or receipt Richard gave us a quote and we told him to pave the driveway and we paid him in cash. Richard , my wife and myself were the only ones present when the agreement was made and it was the three of us again when he said that he would take care of the problem but asked us to wait till the next year twice . Richard also said again in the spring of this year that he would come over and repair the problem then he never came and wouldn't answer calls .

      The driveway for ******* ***** was paved 3 years ago, at the time of paving the owner was informed the ground was soft and we would not put a second layer of asphalt on it until it had settled. As predicted the driveway developed cracks and the next summer we did return as a courtesy to fill cracks, there is no warranty for binder. This driveway needs to be topped. The owner had drainage put in last year and asked that we come out and repair driveway. This is not our responsibility .
