  Mike S******, owner and operator of Premier Contracting is a fraud. He states that he has all this exceptional experience as a contractor but he proved himself in adequate, a fraud and a thief. He replaced an roof for me and the entire roof is done wrong according to an inspector with the ****** *********** Bureau. He replaced some windows for my porch and all the windows are undersized to the windows that were originally and the workmanship is less than a 1 star rating. He skimped on materials and bought the cheapest materials so he would profit more money in his pocket. Not to mention, he has not completed any of the work on the windows and roof. I have him money to order doors and windows for my house and he never ordered the doors and has not returned the money I gave to pay for them along w $6000.00 he owes me for the roof that I awarded a grant thru the town I live in. He owes me alot of money that I helped him out with and he refuses to give me the money he owes me.

  He replaced my front gutter and I had to tell him prior to leaving that he had to fix it as it was leaking. He also replaced my soffits and now 1 year later they have been strewn all over my yard as they were not put in correctly so they all flew off. I called him multiple times and even the person that recommended him called him and he never responded to any of the phone calls.

  This Contractor has not held up his end of our contract! Both of his contact numbers go into voice mail & are full. At tis point, I'm out thousands of dollars on an unfinished project. I'm a Disabled Senior Citizen on a fixed income & I can't afford to lose one dime on this project. A month job has turned into almost four months!!! Unfinished Drywall, Electrical outlets, etc. hanging out of the walls, etc. Mike talks a good game, quoting Bible scriptures, etc. He doesn't live by his word or, what he preaches! I even fronted him additional money for agreed upon change orders. Materials & Labor, not delivered. Now, I'm forced to go a Legal route to reclaim my loses. I implore anyone reading this to NOT HIRE Michael or, Premier Contracting LLC. I've waited 3 weeks to hear from him per my Attorney's advice. Michael has used my money to enhance his own selfish life & lifestyle! How Christian of him!!! I'm not just going to go away, Mike. Maybe a Class action suit against you including Criminal Charges is in order...

  Michael S****** I have known for many years. I saw that his wife who I have also known for many years posted on ******** that Mike had a contracting business. I connected with Mike about a house build. My wife and I were selling our house in Spencerport and building a 414k 1 story ranch in Holley NY on family land. Mike used his familiarity with me his Christianity and his charm to rope us in and sell us a bag of goods. To date he has breached our contract at least 8 different ways, he left us with massive workmanship issues in the amount of 10's of thousands of dollars. He built the foundation of my house and a mason never was present, rather he had one laborer who come to find out is on SSD and working under the table and his daughter works at burger king.. Mike also ran his own brother off of this job multiple times. His brother was the framer and he left the job because Mike didn't pay him and Mike didn't pay him because Mike was stealing money hand over fist. Come to find out the framing had massive code violations because I had an engineer come in and I had to fix that out of pocket for 30 thousand dollars. Mike did nothing but lie cheat amd steal throughout this entire process and to top it off he had no insurance and was hit with a stop work order. The result is I have hired an attorney to help get me out from under this because the money he stole, the workmanship issues, the increased cost to build has put this project way over budget. I have also filed a NYS Attorney General comaint to go after this man criminally and civilly. Now I know if and when Mike reads this he will use his narrsasistic ways to make every excuse in the book. So if anyone who reads this wants proof and wants to read engineer reports, attorney reports, inspection reports, town reports, affidavits from people on the job etc... please find me on ******** and I will email you my proof. Mike is a thief and a liar and he will pay for what he has done to my family

  Our neighbor was using Premier Contracting for several repairs on his house. We did have Mike come over to look at an issue with one of our porches. He did make the repair and it was done okay. The issue was that he dragged the debris bag over to our house from our neighbors house and used it for our debris. When the job was finished he told my husband and I that the pickup for the debris bag was already scheduled and paid for at the waste company and they would be coming by to pick it up. Well it has been a couple weeks with no pick up. I called the waste company and they informed me the contractor does have a profile with them but he has not paid for any pickups or has any pickups scheduled for our address, our neighbors address or our street in our zip code. Myself and our neighbor have reached out to him and have been ignored. I scheduled the pickup and am paying just shy of $200 for it. Not a lot of money but for us it's the principle of the matter. He speaks about being a Christian and that's not Christian behavior the way I was taught. And to be perfectly honest we don't have a problem paying the extra for debris removal just don't lie to customers.
