    Royal Waste has not been providing the service we paid for to collect our trash. We tried to terminate our contact with them but they will not terminate.

    We run restaurant business in ***. We terminated our waste service on 10/27/2024 with Royal waste services Inc by email. They have still charge monthly charges. I have contacted them several times phone calls and emails however They do not accept our termination of the service. Our company name is ************ *** ***** ** *******

    My mail box was taken down in the middle of the road at *********************************************************************** by Royal Carting. They must of hit the mail box when they came with the machine and didn't have the curiosity to pick it up or tell ** anything. This is ridiculous I want a discount on the bill.

    This company had a track record with me and many other for charging for garbage removal with no fail but DOES NOT come pick up our garbage , while still being charged , I have to chase them down calling to make sure my trash is picked up. Ive had to call these people more than I call my own family. I contacted all the supervisors I could to get my problem solved and it would only be temporary before it would start again. When they dont come pick up my garbage on the days I agreed to as a schedule they put me at risk of a fine from sanitation and complaints of my neighbors. Our neighboring buisness next door went with another company because they too were continuing to get charged but no service. These people are scammers, I have both video, emails and text messages providing the negligence of this company. Im trying to get the past 3 months credited back to my account since they did not collect my garbage for the month that had past but charged me for it and the month before then I had this same issue. Please I want my money back from these thieves and wouldnt recommend them to anyone, how are they still in buisness doing this to people ? I contacted **** one of the supervisors and he completely ignored me.

    I made a complaint with *************** via phone about the condition and damage I found when I arrived to my car on August 25th at 7:15 am . Location(Green Valley Market ***** ************** Sunnyside. My car was parked on the cross-street 44th St . Their Staff completely disregarded my personal property. They dumped grease and food waste on my car. They also managed to pop out my front fender on the driver side. Absolutely no due diligence. ********** asked me to provide him with photos via text and encouraged me to get a car wash asap and get a estimate of damage. I provided him with a photo receipt from a local car wash by my job. ********** Phone #*************. I called Royal Waste several times for a week via email and phone to follow up with matter to be resolved. *** received nothing but the runaround by their staff, ********************** provided me with the contact information to submit my complaint..I have all documentation of texts exchanges with your staff and photos of my vehicle covered in the waste your company is paid to be properly picked up.

    We paid the garbage fee $75 each *****,the service since July 27,2022,the Royal Waste *************** after collect money,never collect garbage for us,every time we contact them they said tonight,but they never collect garbage again and again,also caused by more people treat our storefront as garbage station add more and more garbage there,we have to call another garbage company to come immediately to collect garbage.After that they still didnt collect garbage for us.
