    I called the office of dr ********************** at 2;30 pm on 10/6/2022. My migraine injection was due and i called the pharmacy capital to ask them to send me my refill as they have been doing. I was told they cannot. When i called dr ********************** after the 4th time someone picked up and i spoke to her stating that i need my refill and it is an emergency because i was feeling my migraine come on. When i get my migraines i cannot function in any way. My condition gets extremely bad if it is not treated. The Doctor is very aware of this condition. The person on the other line said and i quote , theres no emergency at this office or with you. Then she went on to say i have to come in to see the Doctor. I told her i need my injection and I wasnt aware i would be out of refills. Their office changed pharmacies without even informing patients. She then went from there to being loud and telling me i always do this and i am a problem. I was trying to speak to her and tell het i have only seen the doctor perhaps 4 times and prior to my last appointment i walked in for my appointment i was told by the front office the doctor is not there. I waited more then 3 hours because it took me one hour to get to my appointment. I became very upset and told them why didnt the office at least notify the patient that the doctor **** available? I made a big deal because i took off from work and i was told i could not get my refills unless i saw the doctor. She then went from there to yelling and screaming to why I havent paid my bill? Again I tried telling her that i spoke to insurance and she needs to refile, and to that she replied she will not and i have to pay. I have never heard of a doctors office harass, bully , and threat a patient they way it was done to me. Basically all of her screaming, yelling, bulling and threatening was because of insurance issues and the fact that i made a big deal the last appointment which again was their fault. Her name is *****. I need my refills
