  Over the years I brought my car(s) in for service a lot. Back when an oil change included a vacuum service. Tires, oil changes, etc numerous visits for at least 10 years. I stopped coming after seeing a sign that they were hiring and encouraging my ****** to apply. When he went for his interview he said the owner looked at him strangely, possibly even scared. Wouldn't really shake his hand and even stepped back. I can only imagine why but my assumption now is racial discrimination, especially now finding out another ****** experienced the exact same treatment. I will NEVER step foot or recommend this place to anyone and just want you to know you should be ashamed of yourselves. My first ****** is now at a FAMILY of dealerships(with the same experience he had when he went to your place) and is much better off and I'm sure my other ****** will land something better as well. I overlooked trying to sell me stuff I didn't need(all service places do that) but I will not now or ever overlook blatant racism. I'm sure you don't care about losing one customer, but I'll sleep better knowing I'm not lining the pocket of a racist.

  We brought my car in for 3 items on Memorial Day weekend. We had a punctured brake cylinder with brake fluid leaking and we discovered a current was being drawn from the battery while the car was off, which indicated there was a direct short somewhere. They called us on Tuesday, to inform us that they had discovered two other costly items that were wrong with the vehicle and asked us to give them approval to fix those issues. Unfortunately, they were approved without being discussed first but when we requested a timeline for all the issues to be repaired, we were assured all work would be completed within the day. When the car still wasn't finished on Wednesday, they called shortly before their end of day to inform us that some of the parts were shipped to a separate garage and that the vehicle would be ready by tomorrow. Upon picking up the vehicle, my brake pedal fell to the floor and slowly adjusted slightly off of the floor after a few presses, which indicated there was still air in the system from the reduction of fluid. They confessed they never bothered to check for our electrical issue but tried to still charge us for it. They removed that charge but we left frustrated, because we needed both vehicles for work/school. I called and spoke with *** on the phone before returning to their shop the following Monday to have them "finish the job we paid them to do," but upon my arrival, no one seemed to understand why I was so upset about my brakes being spongy, which was so ironic because they show infomercials about the dangers of spongy brakes and what is needed to be done to fix them in their waiting room! They even had the audacity to drive me in my own vehicle to display "how powerful" my brakes were, and claimed they "bled them twice." They either do not hire reliable mechanics or they just don't care. Never go here, especially if you're alone and a woman. They won't listen to you, even if you're an A&P mechanic and know what you're talking about. ZERO STARS.
