    Over the past 8 years, I have contracted with Benchmark for many projects, ranging from relatively small jobs to major – most recently (2024), creating a 3-season room from a previously open porch. I have consistently found Tom Hand's work to be outstanding in every way. He has come to each project with smart solutions, his charges are reasonable, and his skills in woodworking and well beyond are excellent. He is absolutely reliable and gets the job done on schedule. Having been a homeowner in Brewster for over 40 years, and hiring many contractors for dozens of projects, I consider Benchmark to be as good as it gets.
    I highly recommend this business.
