  Unprofessional and rude. They placed a new liner in my chimney about 2-3 years ago. In order for the warranty be in good standing you must get the chimney cleaned yearly. Im attempting to do this and have my chimney cleaned but I waited all morning for them to show up and when they didnt I called and was told the boss sent them home due to high winds. Ok, safety first but no one communicated this to me until I called hours later. The woman apologized and said she would do what she could to make it right. She rescheduled me the next day first thing and told me they start at 8am and I would get a text 30 minutes prior. I let her know I had a Dr **** and had to leave by 10am. When this didnt happen, I called and was told they probably hit traffic but trucks were out and running. I reminded her that I had an **** I needed to leave by 10 for. By 9:45 I called again and was told they were 7 min away and again it was blamed on traffic. I said I dont have time now and I asked to speak to the boss/onwer. I was told the office manager would call me. I insisted on contact information for someone above and I was told she cant give out personal information! I wasnt asking for personal information. I wanted a work email or phone number. Still no one has called back 3 days later. The workers showed up 10am and I had to turn them away since **** **** said she cant do anything now when they were 7 minutes away. The worker told me he was sent to ********* that morning so the traffic excuses were a lie. I wish I read all the reviews on ****** before I used them. Seems once they get the $3,000 for a liner they dont care anymore. If they had true customer ********************** someone from the company would have reached out to me to figure out a way to resolve and make the situation right.

  I called this company to replace an insert in my fireplace when they came they took out the insert and then realized that the new insert was cracked so they told me that the new one would be in on Monday a whole week went by. I called and spoke to ******, the manager she told me that it never comes in that quick and that she would call and find out when the estimated being delivered she never called I called back asked for her again and I told her we use our fireplace a lot and we would like to have the holidays I wish the guys didnt take out the old before checking the new and she kind of mocked me by going awe im a crybaby about my fireplace again. She told me she would find out when were gonna get it and that she call me back four days later I call back and now Im mad because she doesnt call back and anytime you wanna talk to her shes never available so I said well we give you our money so I want the money back so you can figure out where our fireplace is, she got nasty and told me I cant have it both ways and she was disrespectful so at two phone calls she finally decided to give me my money back. This is not the kind of place people should do business with they mock you when youre upset, they dont call back they dont follow through poor business. I know how they have an A+ .

  They ripped me off by charging me 600 dollars to slather 40 dollars worth of tar around the roof seal to my pellet stove. This was the same day that they charged me for a fireplace box cleaning after I had already done it. If you call for a simple chimney cleaning, they will search the inside AND outside of your home for ways to upsell you on things you dont need.

  To verify your review we searched our service records and found we have not serviced your address since 1/30/2021. Maybe you are mistaken with the company that you recently hired because our records indicate a chimney cleaning was the only serviced that we preformed on 1/30/2021 and we installed a rain cap 10/26/2019.
