    This company redid my driveway. Within 4 months the paver apron started to sink and the curbing on the north east corner is cracked and sinking. I contacted the owner **** to inform him of my issues. His nephew answered the phone , i informed him of my issue and he told me ***** mother had passed and he would forward the info. *** contacted **** several times and told him how the pavers were sealed , he agreed that the men doing the work hadent performed the work properly , i also informed him that i could only use a small portion of the apron as the pavers are starting to crack because their loose. He said to use the whole apron and that he would replace the whole thing. This has been going on all summer he dodges call by having others pock up his cell phone which is interesting since he's the boss and operates through texts and calls on his cell phone . He hasn't answered my last few calls and the ones that have gotten to his emails or his associates have picked up i never get any returned calls . He advertises on his website hes a BBB partner . Whats worse is he has young family members working for/ with him teaching his shady business practices to them, the next generation. He did a job for a friend of mine as he was doing my driveway. My friend didnt pay him the balance because he never did what he said he was going to do. My apron was supposed to be slate blue. When i came home from work the apron was 1/2 done and the wrong color. . He told me that was the color i requested, which is an absolute LIE. I have the email stating what color i requested and it is not that color but i accepted it just to get the job done and outta my life. That apron is falling apart and this guy isn't coming to fix it. Winter coming fast , I've waited all summer. Id love to put my review on his website, but thats not going to fix the driveway i paid $30,000 for

    ********************* the owner of Brookhaven Paving Masonry started my home improvement job on or around July 14, 2022. As of today September 6, 2022 the job has not been completed as he has not sent any of his workers back to my house to finish cleaning up my backyard leaving behind rotted railroad ties with nails and other wood and materials from the home improvement job he did on my house. I need this cleaned up and out of my backyard as someone could get hurt. I have called ********************* and left him a voice message at his place of business about this and he does not return my calls. I have talked to him previously before when he first started the job on my house new roof, vinyl siding, new insulation, walkway, steps with railings, new fence that i wanted a home improvement contract from him listing all of the work, materials used, and products that will go into the job and costs. As of today he has not come around to give me this contract or invoice that the job has been completed and the job has been paid for in full. He also said to me that i would get a forty year guarantee on the job he did on my house. I want to see this forty year guarantee in writing and in the contract that he had promised me as he said that he had to take off all of the vinyl siding on my house too see if there was any more rotted wood under the old vinyl siding. I didn't want him to do my whole house and only just replace the vinyl siding in the back of my house where he found some rotted wood after he removed the outside deck attached to the back of my house which had rotted. I also wanted a new wooden stockade fence put up but instead he comes the next day and puts up a white vinyl fence that costs so much more and did the job his way and not the way that i wanted the job done. This job cost me $250,000.00 so much more than i expected and i feel like i have been taken advantage of by ********************* and Brookhaven Paving Masonry as i am a Senior Citizen.
