    I am very disappointed with their service. I was recommended and they claimed the problem could be fixed. So, the guy came, said he fixed it, and he was coming back as he needed a part. But the problem was fixed. But within 24 hours, it was the same problem, as downstairs was freezing, and upstairs is very hot. I called them back and told the person I should get a refund as it did not work. She agreed with me, but after speaking to her boss who was yelling in the back round. The was no refund, but they want to charge me more money. I got ripped off. Never called me back, I'm out the money and still have the same problem. They don't deserve not one star. Poor customer service, and don't care about customers. I had to leave 1 star, which they don't even deserve it, other wise won't file my story.
