      My house needed a new roof, (which had a small leak) causing a water spot in the living room ceiling. Glenn & Gary assured me HomePro 1st would be able to repair/fix any leaks with the complete installation of a new roof. But the leak in the living room continued. Not only did various repair attempts by HomePro 1st crews fail; the leak saturation spread causing a large section of ceiling & insulation to collapse, leaving a large gaping hole in the living room. Both roof and ceiling are still in need of repair (2024). Gary D******* (owner) got involved personally to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, after empty promises, failed excuses; plus, another winter season with a gaping hole in the ceiling, I took HomePro 1st to Small Claims Court. The Court ruled in my favor awarding me the $5,000 judgement. (January 2024). Since then, Gary has not returned my correspondences regarding satisfying the due payment, I have escalated the matter by filing with the Onondaga County Clerk's Office. Consumers Beware!! My Advice to those searching, selecting and hiring a quality experienced Contractor for any new roof installation, repairs, or leaks: HomePro 1st SHOULD NEVER BE CONSIDERED!!

      I would give negative stars if that was allowed. I got a new roof in 8/22 because mine had a few minor leaks. First off the first day the crew came they left a horrible mes. Therw were nails, screws, cigarette butts, lunch containers, and water bottles thrown all over my front yard , driveway and even my neighbors yard and driveway. I ended up being the one to clean it and I got nails in my tire. Then they blocked off both doors and my son who was on crutches at the time could not get in the house much less get in safely.
      Then after they finished my roof started immediately leaking but worse than before the roof and in rooms it wasn't previously leaking in. They have come out at least a dozen times and claimed they fixed it and it is still leaking!! They ignore calls then when you finally get a hold of someone they promise they will fix it still nothing. Waiting again today for them as we had an appt..I waited for 20 minutes late. Infected them to check in and they weren't even going to let me know they weren't coming as they "got busy." I have asked for some sort of refund and they just say oh we will fix it, even put another roof on if we have to. Guess what It has been a year and three months and nothing other than they don't know what to do. I am a single mom of 4 and a teacher and have taken off work to meet with them just to have them late, cancel and not do anything. I would not let them anywhere near your home.
