      This company ripped off an elderly lady for well over 250,000 dollars, after her house caught fire. It’s far from being finished! Flooring is ripped and torn, Siding isn’t finished, appliances not hooked up, electric not finished. Furnace not hooked up in back side of house. Left a gaping hole in the back of her house. Left a ton of garbage outside. Many more not done. Too many to list! Then proceeds to add a mechanics lien on her property, saying she owes more to him! He took all the money and ran! This company is garbage. Do not use them.

      I'm not even sure how to start this review, but I will start with the fact that we had a house fire that destroyed our entire home, except for the frame, and everything inside it. My husband, my two children (ages 12 and 14) were devastated beyond belief. We had never known anyone who had gone through a house fire, so we didn't know where to even start. We were referred several contractors through our insurance company and Vince and his crew at BIF were one of many. We interviewed so many contractors as we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. Keep in mind, after a house fire, the phone calls, the visits from random contractors, fire truck chasers... it's all very real. You're not sure who's really there to help or who's there to just make money off of your casualty. Fast forward a month... we've met with multiple contractors, but there was one who stuck out - Vince. He wasn't sugar coating anything. He told us it was going to be the most difficult time in our marriage and our lives and it was a long road. We ended up choosing BIF and I cannot tell you how happy we are that we trusted our gut and went with Vince. We also had a few recommendations from friends we knew who had worked with Vince. From the start, he told us it was going to be about a year before we were back home. Mind you, we were living with my mother with our 2 kids and three dogs. It was a long year. Over that time, we built a strong bond and friendship with Vince and his team. We talked every week if not every day. We became more like family than business partners. Let me tell you about our home. It is BEAUTIFUL. More than we ever could have imagined. Our friends and family are so impressed. I still look back at the days of the struggles we went through to get here and I have to tell you, we are so happy to be in this home that Vince and BIF created for us. We are living in our dream home thanks to BIF. We made the right choice, 1,000 % and would do it again if we ever had to.

      After a devastating house fire, Vince and the Built It Forward team literally made all my dreams come true after a tragedy. Never in a million years did I think my home would ever be able to be whole again, but I have to say it's more than I could have ever wished for. I can't think of one thing I would do differently. Vince and his son and the whole team were honest, on time and became members of our extended family. If you're looking for someone to tell you everything you need to know and not have his own agenda, you can turn to Vince and Build It Forward. The best part - he actually showed up and did the job from start to finish. He stayed overnight working at my home just to make sure it was perfect before the final inspection. We laughed together, we cried together and in the end the Build It Forward team brought my family back together at our home - a home we never want to leave.
