    I With disability and four sta** cancer received 10.000 btu air conditioner from him through heap Ontario county he installed wrong last July fluid came out almost burn house he told me it was late in year last year and would replace this year called since April no return call I also called heap and I was told can’t have one for three years for another one it’s worth 439 on ** website I’d like a portable stand up on wheels easier to handle

    BBB spoke to Mo at the business and the following was relayed: The customer applied through the Ontario County Social Services and was granted a window unit Air Conditioner which was bought from **** *****. She did call us at the end of the summer and said the unit was not working. We went back to **** ***** and they said because it was over 90 days the warranty is with the manufacturer. That is not something we would do, the customer needs to contact the manufacturer to have the AC unit addressed. We left the warranty paperwork with the customer for GE.
