On Wednesday October 18,2023 at 11:55pm / Thursday October 19, 2023 12:10am, I stopped at this gas station and pumped $50 worth of fuel into my white 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L (summit reserve edition) at pump 1 card ending in ****. I then drove home 2 traffic lights to Riverbend Apartments in ****************. My car was performing at its normal running condition; the vehicle is properly maintained and has ****** miles on it. On Thursday October 19,2023 at 8am, on my way to work (****************************************************************) my car was hesitating to move and sputtering. I then parked my car at work and when I left at 4pm, as I was exiting the parking lot - the Check Engine Light along with another malfunction light came on and my car began to have poor performance. When I got home, I contacted ****** Brothers Jeep/Dodge in ********** and made an appointment for it to be serviced. This appointment was for Friday October 20, 2023 at 11am. My vehicle has been at ****** ever since! They were able to perform diagnostics on my vehicle over several days and on Tuesday October 24th they concluded that my vehicle gas has excessive water in it. The service manager stated that he has never seen a vehicle with as much water as my car has and it destroyed my entire fuel system which is currently in need of full replacement. Tuesday October 24, 2023 at 3:50pm, I went to this gas station. The driver of the *** Petroleum truck that was filling the tanks, confirmed that you are the sole proprietor contractor for the tank - however there may be different drivers. I also spoke to ****, inside the convenience mart who stated he was the owner of the store but that you were the owner of the gas pumps and tanks. He also stated "You are like the 3rd or 4th person this week! Send them an invoice and they will pay it, no problem. It happens all the time. They didn't change the summer filter to the winter filter."
