    Amazing customer service! Every employee goes out of their way to make the consumer’s experience one to remember! If you want to be treated as a valued customer and not another number, Decorator’s Choice of Hornell Inc. is your best option. They have excellent product knowledge on everything they sell, from every flooring product on the market for both commercial and residential to their custom window treatments and fashions, mattresses, adjustable beds, indoor & outdoor furniture and ******** ***** Paints! They know their information. They take the time to get to know each customer and find the products that best fits their needs as well as being cost effective. Their flooring, furniture and mattress selection is the most extensive in the area! Their showroom is highly impressive. Their installers are on their payroll, they do not subcontract, which means you can trust the installer’s in your home with confidence. Their quality of their installation is just as remarkable as their products! I highly recommend this business. They’re a *** Company, so they also do quite a bit of state contracts as well. I wouldn’t call them a small business, rather a local business as they have so much to offer! They told me their business travels outside the area to do both residential and commercial work. If you’re looking for a business with a great reputation, great products, impeccable customer service and an experience to remember, this is the place to shop for all of your home and business renovations!
