I placed an order on 02/27/25. I understood there was a 4-6 week turnaround time as noted on the webpage. After multiple phone calls to the number listed on the webpage (not able to leave a message) and several emails confirming my order, I have not heard from this company. They advertise that they work with local schools and hospitals customizing apparel. I believe this business has closed but still is advertising on FaceBook and has a web page.Initial Complaint

On 3/12/25 I purchased a customized item and was charged on my card that day. Almost a month later I have not received my item, there is no tracking number, and from searching on Facebook I now see multiple other bad reviews of others in the same situations getting charged but never receiving their order.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 1/18/25 Amount of Money: $209.36 Products: URMC Custom Apparel. Nature of Dispute: Never received the products and the money was taken out of the account immediately. There is no tracking # provided for the order. Have tried calling and emailing the business with no response. Have also tried going to their storefront multiple times during there 11-6pm business hours, the building has been dark with a sign on the front door that says closed to contact the business on ******** for appointments only. Finally got ahold of someone at the business over ******** and was told that the products would either be shipped out/ held at storefront for pickup. I have tried ******** messaging the business 4 times since then on my order status with no response since 3/5/25. At this point, it has been 10 weeks since ordering the products with an estimated turn-around time of 5-6 weeks and I would like a refund of the money for the order placed on 1/18/25.Initial Complaint

On 12/20/24 I placed an order for custom apparel through forever 6ix apparel for the amount of $280.20. On 1/7 they did contact me to ask if I wanted printed or embroidery. I replied to their email and have not heard anything back. I have emailed multiple times, tried calling which they never answer and you cannot leave a message, and even tried ******** messenger, with no response. As I have been searching them I have seen many reviews, especially over the past year stating people do not receive their products and cannot get refunds due to no response. This business is ripping people off and thinks they can get away with it because orders are under $500 in most cases. I would like a full refund and for this business to be held accountable for what it is doing to customers. It is located in hornell, ny.Initial Complaint

On 10/4/24 I ordered 4 custom embroidered jackets and received a confirmation text immediately. I was charged $291 on my credit card. The website advertised a 5-6 week turnaround time. At week 7 I attempted to call to get a status update but nobody answers the phone or returns messages. I made 5 more attempts to contact them via phone, email and text with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered from this company years ago and was highly satisfied which is why I attempted to order again. I have been told the company has changed hands. Based on the other poor reviews I am now seeing it is criminal for them to continue taking orders if they can’t fulfill the orders they have. I have been in contact with my credit card company and notified the local ******* ** ********. I want my order cancelled. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on October 10th and it said 4-6 weeks delivery. I reached out on 11/25 because I had not heard anything. They said it would be sent 12/3 and I would receive a tracking number. I never received a tracking number and did not receive the merchandise so I e-mailed again on 12/9 (no reply) and 12/13 (no reply). My credit card was charged on 10/11. Order placed for screen printed apparel in April2024. I've yet to receive fulfillment of this order in December2024.
I've been in contact with the business on 2 prior occasions, the first alerting me to a major health issue and asking for my patience. After seeing that thry were fulfilling other orders I reached back out and was told "they'd be working on them soon". I expressed on both occasions that I'd like the products I ordered, but if thry were unable to fulfill I'd appreciate a credit of thr money I paid the business. Order placed 8/31/2024. Paid $260.44 that was taken out of bank account on same day. Order was for custom apparel. I emailed company 10/20/24 asking when order would be shipped, received email from Traci Porter saying would be shipped 10/23/24. I did not receive. Emailed them again 10/30/24, and have not heard back. I have tried calling multiple times, the phone rings and rings with no answer. Placed an order online for items (screen printed shirts for my place of employment)
on May 16, 2024. Paid in full. Website States 4-6 week wait period for order fulfillment.
August 6, 2024, I reached out to the company via email inquiring as to what my order status was as I had not yet received goods that I paid for.
AUGUST 13, 2024, have not yet received a response from previously sent email. Attempted to call the store directly 3 times to which there was no answer and no answering machine/service available to leave a message. Filed a complaint through shopify.com which I had used for order purchase.
August 22, 2024 I sent a second email to the business inquiring where my order is as I had still not received and updates or goods ordered.
August 22, 2024 I received a messaged from the store as follows:
Hi ****,
I’m sorry for missing your first email, our owner has been in a health crisis for several weeks and we’ve been trying to cover for her messages but we must have overlooked yours. I’m so sorry for the lack of communication and the delay. It appears that your jacket was back ordered and we did not let you know. I will ship out the rest of your order, and refund the jacket as well as make sure the jacket ships out. It is set to arrive to us Tuesday.

September 6 2024, I have still not received any goods nor have I received the above promised refund onto my credit card that I used. I have sent an email requesting a full refund and cancelation of the original order. I have yet to hear back from the store.
