1 starBought the car. Was in shop within 2 days. Stuck there for 3 weeks. Denied claim for warranty. Didnt fix issues. Paid for brakes and rotors all around and he only changed fronts.
Inspection was faulty cause i didnt have any high beams only 1 low beam and no plate lights at all. Inspection was through ******** auto in horseheads. He fought us every step of the way to find or fix issues. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Only true issue was bulbs in which we changed out. Not only did we do the brakes and rotors that went through inspection, he was only charged My cost on parts because he wanted new. Did not pay for labor. The denial was from warranty company inspector, as was nothing deemed wrong with car. First he took it to a very unreliable shop to look at and they let it sit for a couple weeks and then attempted to send pictures from a whole different vehicle It was shown and proven to the customer it was not his car but was just an attempt to scam and steal from the warranty company by the place he went to. He seemed to understand at that point. He asked of a good place to take it to and was given a reputable facility whom went through and found nothing but a extremely clean transmission pan inside. The facility also told him how nice the car was. I talked with the mechanic and told him I had sent them about a week after he picked up. The mechanic said he explained to him how cvt transmissions shift. I was, until this complaint, under the impression all was well. Have all and any pictures needed to prove my case. But apparently a person that wants a brand new car for a used car price. Good luck in your future endeavor with unreal expectations and falsehoods.
