      Bought a new cell phone on ****. Worked good but dropped it and broke the screen. Called Wireless City in the Arnot Mall about repair. Said they didn't have one for that phone but could get one after they saw it. Got a new screen for the cell on **** since it is about 40 miles to mall and didn't need the driving. Brought phone and screen to Wireless City.They checked and said the screen was a fit and repairs to phone would take 2 days. Called 5 days later to see if phone was ready so I could combine trips. Phone was not ready when I got there had to wait while they cleaned the glue off. Phone worked [tried it on and off only]before paying and leaving. Plugged phone in when I got home and it wouldn't charge. Tried another known good charger and cable but it wouldn't charge -no charge icon on screen. It charged fine even with cracked screen before taking for repairs. Called and returned w/ phone,Volcan said he'd fix it. Had phone since then doesn't charge and now he can't seem to find it. I'm out the phone ,the replacement screen,repair costs,travel and time.
