It was not just one employee that gave us the wrong information.  It was several different employees from both locations on different occasions.  Nowhere does it tell you when points expire.  Text messages just say you have points never anything about them expiring.  They always say they fix thier mistakes but yet this mistake they are not willing to fix. asking again for the points to be reinstated. response was thanks for bringing that to our attention it has been communicated to the team that it is 6 months. sorry for the inconvenience. Then i was told that i was rude both in person and on the phone to her staff and i should handle things with kindness. It states they are more than willing to correct our mistakes but do not condone being rude. I have never been rude to their employees on the phone or in person. I sent message back and apologized for it seeming like i was being rude and why i dislike having to send things thru text not face to face. I still have no resolution for my 20 dollar loss and feel that it should be given back since her team was incorrect in giving us an answer of a year for points. If asking an employee to explain the points system is rude i again apologize for that but as it was stated they are always willing to correct thier mistakes. Please correct this one
