    They have a firm no refund policy and will make no exceptions once the transaction has taken place, regardless whether any service was rendered. Most businesses will make reasonable exceptions to their policies when it makes sense and is fair to the customer- not this one.
    Our family was told that the "next available" tour would be" in 4 hours" and the ticket office pressured us to purchase tickets to save a spot (even though it didn't appear to be that busy). We killed some time. less than 2 hours later, it was clear that my disabled wife would not be able to make the tour due to her pain, and we asked for our money back. They refused, and we asked for a manager to make an exception since we were from out of state and wouldn't be able to use any credits.. The manager was extremely rude to us and completely non empathetic to our situation. Meanwhile, my family has over $100 worth of "credits" that will never be used. It's a terrible policy that puts their entitlement and greed over their customers needs.
