In August 2023 Tim T***** and his assistant came for an initial consultation to install an HVAC system. He said he would return to install an HVAC system and also service our propane water heater. The invoice dates work is to be performed within approximately 14 days. We gave him a $250 deposit for the water heater service. We never saw him again, he did not return phone calls and I also wrote to him at his physical address in Howes Cavern NY and received no reply. I've spoken to other people who also engaged him for work, he's done the same thing to them.

Response taken by phone:  There was delay in starting the project but it has since been completed.  We did extra work outside of the original agreement and gave him a substantial discount.  He was satisfied with the work when it was completed.

This system is in no way whatsoever complete not even close the auxiliary tank is not filling up with water the jet pump is not the correct jet pump he removed my well saver and never installed a new one as I wanted mind you this was for a well that runs out of water so the pump saver is required to keep the well pump from burning up and he just removed it never installed another one the installation of the filters are not right those are not full house water filters look at the ****** craftsmanship. There are pipes left to this pump that are not hooked to anything the pump is not even wired as you can see the system is far far from being completed not even close he did not do any extra work he hasn't even done the work that he was contracted to do in the first place let alone extra wor.  this was a pump up system for a low producing shallow well. I've already spoke with the sheriff State Police and theDA and they have told me it's a breach of contract a per the Schoharie County DA.
