  I was un notified of having any time limit to remove my ******* H farm tractor and ******* snowmobile off a property within 6 hours after being told I could keep it there until the following Saturday so R& D towing was called by property owner and they claim there is the 6 hour law in Ny but again I wasn’t notified to have a chance to remove it after being told about being able to keep it there out of spite they had it towed away. When I found out two days later it had been towed and removed and impounded by them at there business they wanted to charge me $800 to be able to have it back I couldn’t afford it at that point and they only towed it 3 miles not to mention they wanted to charge me 250 for tractor tow and a separate charge 180 for snowmobile as if towed separately but they were towed together and when I was finally able to pay the bill they wouldn’t allow me to retrieve it and wouldn’t answer my calls

  They refused to answer my phone calls about my equipment that is there and refused to give me any paperwork and refusing for me to pick up my equipment as well

   these two items were on property and they were supposed to be removed. He dragged his feet and never came and got them. We called the sheriffs department. The sheriffs department called us, gave us the go ahead told us to remove them they were on private property. We told him back here 250 on the tractor which is largest a car snowmobile is small so it’s only 150 and five days of storage at $65 apiece. They’re separate items they’re taking up separate storage places he called me on the 29th. Told me he’d be over to redeem the snowmobile because he had it sold. I went told him it was 65 a day times 5days and 150 tow His response was I’m only getting 600 for the sled I said you know we also have 7% sales tax. He says give me a break you’ve got to do better for me. I’ve got it sold I said that is what the prices he says. Well you’re probably gonna end up keeping the tractor , it needs work. The snowmobile had no paperwork tractor is in very rough condition. He does this to everybody he went and called DOT on his former employer went through a fit was removed by the sheriffs department and told never to come back on their property tried charging them storage of $100 a day for a trailer that he let sinking the clay. He’s only better and upset because he drags his feet. He had every chance to move the tractor in the snowmobile off the private Property  that is between him and the landowner we did our obligation which was permitted and we were told by the sheriffs department. It was legal to do this we did it he only got charged 250 for the tractor 150 for the sled and $65 per item why sits here he still can have them but he needs to pay for what he owes us the bill because it was removed from the property he abandoned it on. He also took as you can see  to contact you the date from your letter was over a month abandonment in New York is 30 days he doesn’t have any reason or want to redeem his items he’d like to get them back without paying that’s not happening. He also went on ******** and ******* his girlfriend put . All kinds of derogatory things about us saying that we stole the tractor in the sled and make a bill that you can’t afford. That’s not true everybody pay storage on a vehicle or item when it’s at our location. He also lied to you flat out he called me on Christmas Eve. It was taken from the property and Christmas Eve an hour and a half later he put in a statement to you that he found out two days later that is a lie. He called me. I have a picture of the phone call with the date and the time to prove it. I can also show you the pictures that they posted on ********, he is just upset because he is a very sloppy person when it comes to responsibility he is not gonna run me or anybody else that deal with him in the ground because that’s his sort of revenge. This was approved by the sheriffs department and we did what we were supposed to do. He needs to do what he supposed to do pay for what services were provided , now like I said it is past the timeframe they were abandoned he lies about a lot of things called first within two hours of the tow and said he didn’t find out until two days later and on the 29 th tryed called four times but said we were scumbags and swear words and hung up on he when I told I would him back but knew he added up the cost of the tow and storage and that would be the price of the services so he would answer my calls because he knew he wasn’t going to win with us contact herds trucking and ask what he did to them and then you’ll see his credibility just like I just can prove he did here as well .the owner of the property contacted police as well as we did before and items were removed from the property
