    Brought a ****** *** insert pellet stove from ** heating since install nothing but issues unit came with hopper cover not sliding right tried dealer tried replacing screws no good need new rails, unit goes through 3 bags of pellets in 24hrs when it's supposed to only use 1, glass gets blacked out In day and a half..heavy smoke smell. Dealer has been up multiple times tried adjusting still no good the reached out to distributer BAC. They had them recheck things then change exhaust to no avail. Poor response from bac/Tom was supposed to have conference call with **,Tom bac and enviro..Tom canceled it last minute no reason. Dealer is at a loss distributer no real help poor customer service on bac part. This pellet stove has not worked right since day 1, Dealer at a loss on what to due. We are totally frustrated we spent a pretty penny for this unit .

    We are not the installer or manufacturer of this product. We did not bill or receive any money from this person making the complaint. Our service department has been in contact with the dealer along with the manufacturer of this product and have determined that it was an incorrect installation done.”

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  TOM AT BAC has never visited my house, nor has anyone else other than **** from **** they have requested installer to take pictures make some adjustmemts replace the flue. All was done as requested readings from the unit were worse after. Never ever has tom/bac ever set hands on to see what issues are. *** has like 30years in business has no idea what is wrong with unit has installed many units never had the issues this unit has. With that the only thing left is the unit is defective.  I want either a new unit or refund of all costs i paid.  Bac got paid by *** for the unit and parts .  Regards, **** ******
