    We are so grateful to have connected with Art who tremendously helped us overcome a mystery mold problem in our first-ever home. If you're reading this, you likely are in need of help with mold -- overwhelmed, frustrated, and wondering how you're going to afford a remediation from licensed professionals you can trust. I can say with confidence you need Premium Maintenance Service Corp. Beyond the fact that Art was a delight to work with (knowledgable, patient, empathetic, and determined to help us), we found out today from our mold assessment report that him and his team were successful in lowering the spore counts so that we're able to be in our home again. It's science, people!

    Art and his staff are professional, well knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond to help my issue and cleaned the area without any issues. They were there to answer any questions and concerns I had before and after the work was complete. They worked with me to accommodate my schedule in a timely manner where other companies were putting me off for a month.
