    Two years running the pool was green and we couldn’t see the bottom. They just kept upselling is on parts, upgrades and excuses. The best was when I told the pool maintenance guy to close it up and he asked me if we didn’t want to swim more. It was green and he was using a net to clean it. You couldn’t see two feet down.

    We spent thousands to have our pool Open and maintained for this season. They came many times and our pool went from sparkling clean to the darkest green / algae fill disaster you’ve ever seem. They not only lied and tried to have us put in a new pump ($3500 later) when our pump is only 1 year old. But they broke the times which in turn ruined the Jett’s and filters. Long story short we have swam ONE time Since April (it’s not the end of June) and we have spent thousands of dollars. Run.
