    I scheduled and pre-paid for a taxi service that was to be completed on 9/13/24. The taxi never showed up and the taxi owner Corvell Hassell was unreachable. I was able to get Corvell on the phone in the evening on 9/13/24 and he said he would refund my money. He has been unresponsive since then, not returning my phone calls, messages and emails.

    Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused on September 13th, 2024, when we missed your scheduled pickup. This was an oversight on our part, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to be left without service and unable to reach us promptly.

    After our conversation that evening, I believed the refund was processed, but unfortunately, there was a delay on our end. However, I want to assure you that the refund was issued on September 15th, 2024.

    I also apologize for the lack of communication afterward. We value our customers' time and trust, and this situation does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Please know that I am fully committed to ensuring this does not happen again in the future.

    If there are any other concerns or if you have not received your refund, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
