    Paid deposit for service. Never was done I made a $1300 Deposit on December 31st 2023 via Venmo to ********************* for a floating dock install and parts, and was given an install date of January 13th ****, to which they did not show or install the dock. Claimed it was due to "bad weather" and how busy they were with warranty repair.After numerous attempts to call, I asked *** (the owner), to give me a refund of my payment since nothing has been done. He stated "there would be a fee since your parts have already been purchased", then said he would get back to me within the next couple of days with definite install date, and that he would personally install the dock himself. This never happened.Since then, I have not been able to contact them on my personal phone originally used to contact the business. At all I had to contact Empire Nautical multiple times just to get a hold of someone, they would first would ask for my name, then would come up with an excuse to hang up the phone, voicemails were left. I texted the sales rep for Empire Nautical, nothing. It seems they are using cell phones to conduct business, which is no issue, BUT, when you make your deposit/payment. All communication stops. It is impossible to get a hold of either number or person after you give them money The sales representative I went through they are quick to explain their products and services and take your deposit, but then never communicate with you and leave you in the dust.They will pick up phone calls from different numbers, but when they ask for my name, and see I have already paid my deposit. They say, "once second got another call coming in" then NEVER get back to you. Or, "just got back to the office, call me back in 5 minutes" then once again, never pick up their phone once you call from a new number.The phone numbers listed for the business are:************ ************ I am out $1300.00 and am fighting to get it back, but am unable to get in communication with them all

    I did paid a deposit of 50% for a service that they never provide , barely respond to calls / text message ! Right now when I search on ****** I did see a lot of bad reviews . I kindly request a refund because my time in ** finish and supposed to go back my home in ******* ! They did not provide a service we request and we make the payment on time ! They look like scammers to me
