    This company sent us product that we did not order stating that our Executive Director, who does not order products, We know for a fact noone in our facility placed this order. They are billing us for product not ordered. In speaking with the Opa representative I contacted them in May and asked them to pick this product up as we did not order it and did not want it. The representative argued for a while until I said I would contact the BBB. At that point they said they would pick it up and credit the invoice. It is still sitting in our storage waiting to be picked up. In the mean time we have received another invoice. I find it curious that they waited three months to send another invoice. This product was ordered a couple years ago from another ******** ** ********* no longer here. We did not like the product. Last year they sent it to us in ****'s name. We were unsure last year if it was ordered by the old maintenance *********  We paid and used the product again as he was not here and we were unsure if he placed the order. This year they used **** our **** name again. We absolutely know she did not order it. I feel this is a scam to have previously ordered product sent out again in hopes they would keep the product and pay for it. We would like Opa to pick up the product, credit the invoice, and never contact this facility again.

    As far as I know, I am assured from the company that my complaint, ID ******** regarding OPA Chemicals LLC has been resolved, however I was told that before.Hopefully we will not receive another invoice.

    Date of Shipment of the last 2 of this supposedly 4 bottle order was a day after I told Opa Chemicals not to ship it. Opa Chemicals called to ask how we liked it and I told him the manager was not there anymore who ordered it and we had not tried it. He then said there were 2 more bottles on B/O, which according to the previous invoice, which I had paid, that was all, no B/O showing. I said if there were more bottles to be shipped, we did not need them. He said it was too late, they were already shipped. The call came in to me while I was at a funeral home, and I remember answering while there, and the man was yelling the * word while calling me! I still have the memorial handout from the funeral with the date. I believe that this was going to be a call to sell me more, and since I told him the person who ordered it was no longer working there, he lied to get another sale, to which I told him no thank you. The order was shipped the next day, and actually this invoice is not giving me the credit for the 2 initial bottles that were already paid for. There was no paperwork stating Back Order on the initial order.This is dishonest in nature, and I refuse to pay for something that I did not want to begin with. If Opa Chemicals wants to pay for shipping to get their unwanted product back, we will gladly give it back to them, but I will not pay them for something that I did not want, and am not going to use.

    Company sent a product for me to try out for free 3 years ago. That was sent under false pretenses, since now I am being billed for a product that did not even clear the drains of the apartment complex I manage. This company is seeking for me to pay for a product that did not work nor was I aware that there would be a charge for the product sent to us.

    We sold a mobile home park in ******** on March 31, 2022. The new owners bought some chemical products from OPA Chemicals on May 4, 2022. This company inadvertently sent us a bill for $240.79. By mistake, in June of this year, I sent them a check for $240.79 even though we did not owe the payment. I have been trying since June to have OPA Chemicals return the funds to me. I have even spoike with ***********************, the owner, who has promised to return it. They acknowledge that they do owe the money and took the payment but have not returned what is not rightfully theirs.
