    If you want to be scammed out of money and your time, then buy a car at Huntington Mazda and have your car serviced at *************. If I could leave a negative star I would. I recently purchased a vehicle on December 18th 2024, it was an **** Sq5 2022. The car was beautiful and drove perfectly. Not even a month having owned the vehicle, I received multiple dashboard indicators that said, "rear lighting faulty" and "auto start malfunction". I proceeded to drop off the car at Huntington Mazda on January 16th,the place of purchase, and was led to believe the car was going to be tended to in a timely manner. I was dead wrong. As far as anyone is concerned, my car is still in the lot because the district **** *** has to "approve the work". If they have to "approve the work", then what is the point of a warranty? The ***air was alleged to be covered under warranty, considering the diagnosis that I was provided by the service ***air manager at Huntington Mazda. Another thing, do not purchase a warranty from Huntington Mazda it is another way to scam ****** is currently February 17th, one month and one day from initial drop off, and no one has followed through with communication and a service ***air order that I requested 10 days ago. Both dealerships are crooked and are untrustworthy. I regret purchasing a vehicle from Huntington Mazda and having my car "serviced" at **************

    Never buy a car from Empire Mazda in Huntington . They dont answer phones at service and try to scam money out of you .

    Went to dealership in the hopes of purchasing a new 2023 Mazda CX-5 that I located in their inventory online. Was willing to pay cash for the deal and had my checkbook ready. Prior to arrival, had filled out a coupon on their own website which read "$500 off any vehicle", but never received said coupon into my email. Was met by Manager ********************* who refused to honor the $500 coupon - he had an aggressive and defensive tone from the moment we met with him to discuss this. After a few minutes of negotiating, **** was willing to take off $250 but not the full $500. The entire interaction felt it was in bad faith so my husband and I took a moment to ourselves to review if we wanted to complete the sale - it did not make sense that they would be willing to throw away $31,000 rather than give us the full $500 off as appropriately advertised on their website. When **** circled back, we told him we feel that the coupon was leaving us with a bad taste in our mouths, in addition to our interaction with him. He then very aggressively yelled "What do you mean?" to which my husband calmly responded "like this - your attitude". **** proceeded to tell us to forget it, he would not sell any car to us and kicked us out of his dealership. This amount of unprofessionalism is something I have never before seen - I am still in awe this even happened. That is no way to treat paying customers for any service in any industry. Hoping to save future consumers from having to be treated with such blatant disrespect.
