    *****, the owner of C&A Mechanical failed to fix a problem with my boiler where a valve was leaking. We kept getting leaks into our boiler room from the relief valve. After he promised to come back several times but did not show he said he would refund my money. He stopped communicating and never refunded me my money. I had to hire another company to fix the problem because it could not wait any longer. I tried getting hold of him but request went unanswered and when I hired him he guaranteed to stand behind the work or refund the $$. He never did either. We had the boiler running without the water supply going for MONTHS AND MONTHS to try and allow him to come back and fix and he never did. Finally I got another plumber to fix it. I have all the text messages to prove it as well and my receipt showing the work he did that did not fix it and the receipt for the work that another plumber did to actually fix it. Including repressurizing the expansion tank to the correct pressure (***** had failed to set it to 30) as well as replacing defective parts ***** used.

    My Name is ***** From C&A Mechanical I was going threw emails and found this complaint . I cant believe this customer is still carrying on about this service call I did more than two years ago. I did do A service call for a relief valve that was leaking I also fixed her AC. She called me back and I went at no charge and changed a single feeder I charged her part only. I would have to find invoice to give you the date. However it was more than a year ago may be two. I went back a third time and checked to see if she had a bad indirect Hot water heater. After that she was mad and called another plumber. I dont know what he did but she called me and wanted a refund. I refused to send her a refund being that I was trying to trouble shoot the job and went back to her home multiple times at know charge. Im not sure of the problem the other company found but he probable picked up on were I left off. She was very Ruud the last time we Spoke and I wont be taken to in that manner. Please understand this service call is over a year ago maybe more. She is just making it hard on me. Thanks ***** ******
