    I purchased a dress for a wedding 6months prior to the date. I was not notified my dress arrived. When I called the shop 8 weeks before wedding, I was told the dress would not arrive on time for wedding. I dont know why no one called me, I was quite upset. I said I would like a refund on my dress and Id purchase another. I was then lied to by owner, she told me suddenly the dress was found(that I ordered rush shipment, which I did not) The son who was there when I ordered dress and told saleswoman which size to order and assured me my dress would arrived with plenty of time and would need very little alteration. Due to the lack of time i had to have alterations done at their shop. The seamstress charged me over $800 and cut the dress so tight it could not be zippered without 2 people helping. After popping the dress zipper twice. I told them the dress was made too small. I had no choice. I already paid over $1200 and still owed another $300. (One of the bra cups came off, hem opened in places on floor, and eye hook popped off before wedding began) A terrible seamstress, lying owners, a terrible scam during such a vulnerable time
