Refund and Exchange Policy
At the Vintage Guitar Gallery of Long Island, we understand that sometimes you may feel differently about how your newly purchased instrument sounds in your home from how it sounded in our store.  Therefor we offer a 24 hour evaluation policy with all of our instruments and gear.  If you have any reservations about keeping your instrument, than you are welcome to bring it back to us the next
day for a full refund.

If you ever decide you would like to return something, please make certain that the instrument is being
returned in the exact same condition as when it left our store along with any paperwork, hang tags, vintage brochures, case, etc that may have have come along with the instrument you purchased.  Upon returning the instrument to us, we will inspect it for any mishandling or damages and that the condition of the instrument is the same as when it left our store.  Since the items we sell are fragile and may be subject to damages due to shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged upon
all items returned to our store.  If an exchange of merchandise is requested than we may waive the restocking fee.

If we feel that the item you are returning is not being brought back to us in the same exact condition
along with any other materials that were attached to your purchase, we
have the right to deny your return.

However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
