    Order #***** I have NEVER delt with a company so corrupt as yours. I am a disabled & retired vet. I live on a fixed income. I purchased your seat cover to enjoy my motorcycle ride even more than I do now. I know someday soon, I won't be able to ride my motorcycle, and I accept that.Your company is FINING me $12.99..>why because I didn't like the seat cover, it didn't feel good riding my motorcycle. Your company is charging/fining me because I didn't like your product. That is the most unfair and illegal business practice. You fine me $12.99 hoping I will keep the product so you can keep the full amount of the money. This is deceitful and dishonest to say the least. You should accept that there are going to be some people who don't like your product for one reason or another. They should NOT be fined/penalized for returning your product.I will be contacting review website and letting people know what scam your company is doing to the American people. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and informing them of the bad business practices your company has.

    Hi,

    the Customer has ordered from us and has informed us that the seat cover does not fit his bike, when we requested for some photos so we can see the issue since we sold many for the same exact bike year make and model without anyone complaining and asked if it is an aftermarket seat and not stock seat, the customer refused to send photos asking for a refund. we have informed the customer he can send it back for a refund and that there is a restocking fee involved as per our return policy, customer emailed back saying he is a veteran and he doesn't want to pay for restocking fee. we have waived the restocking fee and refunded him. so not sure why this complaint was opened.
