Read the agreement at point of purchase, saw I could cancel and receive a full refund if I cancelled within 60 days. I paid for this product with my **** credit card. Later, after speaking with my insurance company and reading what is and is not covered with ******, I found that I should proceeded to cancel.Cancelation was complicated. I contacted the dealership and attempted to speak with ***************************** the Finance Manager who sold the plan and *************************** the Sales Rep. *** many days I was not able to reach ****** by phone. After unanswered calls I finally confronted the front desk and was told that ****** was out sick. 11/22/22 - I sent an email to ****** requesting the cancelation and refund.11/28/22 - ****** finally wrote back, said he received the cancelation, questioned my decision and suggested to refund the plan to my car auto loan/financing. I would like to bring to your attention my repair/service experience at Porsche of Huntington in the city of Huntington, ********.-My Porsche Boxster VIN#***************** *ad a check engine light with message Check Engine drive to the workshop and error message Triptronic emergency run. Initial diagnosis from the dealer was that the Check engine was due to knock sensor and Tiptronics required further diagnosis.-I was later told that knock sensor is on order and the entire tiptronic shift stick/system would need to be replaced to resolve the issue which would cost around $4000, this sounded illogic.-Upon further work on my car, I was told that rodents had chewed wire harness causing the check engine and tiptronic related errors.-About 2.5 months later, I was told that the harness has been repaired and the two error messages were gone, but the state inspection could not be done until the car was driven for about 100 miles. -I paid my deductible for the wire harness and went to my car to notice that the same 2 error messages still existed.-Upon complaining to the service advisor, car was taken back in and I was given now a new quote to fix the issues and told that the errors are now due to different reasons.I am concerned that -About 2.5 months later, had to go back home with the same 2 error messages and no state inspection. Dealer has offered me a partial refund (not yet received)-Dealer had 3 different diagnostics but failed to fix the errors, making car a risky to drive.I would request the following -Kindly look into the matter, as my experience was not the most pleasant due to improper diagnostics and unnecessary repair work.-Advise me of the best way to resolve the issue and get my car repaired thru a Porsche ************** so that I continue to enjoy my Porsche.Sincerely,********************* Ph: ************ Email: ********************
