    As loyal customer for years! They were late on automatic deliveries times I never complained! During Covid i wasn’t able to work it was shut down.. and asked for minimum oil delivery is that being high maintenance the owner *** called me high maintenance and has been pre charging my credit card I just had a full delivery and one month later charged my credit card again without even delivering oil or notifying me I still have half a tank who what company takes advances out during oils highest pricing and during the holidays???? Sorry this company has totally used my credit card and caused over draft to my account. I have all copies of emails from them for their unprofessional communication and fraudulently practices! Stay away

    Im sorry that you are not happy with our services but have not let you run out of oil. The minimum deliveries we allowed you to get while on auto was a courtesy with the agreement that you keep an eye on your tank because there is no way to monitor partial fills and you simply did not pay attention to your gauge as you were required so we did not let you run out. We are a COD company and we put holds on cards before we deliver to guarantee the funds are there before we deliver the oil. We have been delivering to you when you are around a half of a tank per your request to keep your bills lower which goes against automatic delivery but we did accommodate you anyway. We have many customers and we simply can not accommodate holiday shopping. Weve allowed you to keep discounts on your account that you are not entitled to and you call the office and speak horribly to the staff. We have done nothing wrong but accommodate your demands that go against policy to keep you happy and we simply just cant do it anymore. We wish you the best with your new company.

    The reply they gave BBB is inaccurate and an absolute lie! I have the voicemail recording of the owners nasty unprofessional behavior and reply! Cod is cash on delivery not 2 months prior deposit!! The BBB needs to investigate this matter and also.. charges without permission in contract for that kind of unauthorized charge and advancement!!
