    March 20, 2025 I purchased Dane - Orthopedic Comfort Shoes 1 Black / 9, order number *****, for $59.97. March 31, 2025 I initiated a return/refund as per their 30-day refund policy. The shoes were not as advertised. They were not orthopedic, and I could not wear them for the event intended. April 1, 2025 As per their policy, the company responded to my return/refund and requested several photos to verify the shoes have never been worn and are in the original packaging with tags. If the pictures are accepted, they'll send the address of the warehouse to mail the shoes. This information is withheld until then.April 4, 2025 The shoes are in the exact condition the company requested, so I took several photos of everything they required and emailed them.April 5, 2025 *********** responded that they received the pictures successfully and forwarded everything to the manager for review. They said they would be in touch with the outcome.May 8, 2025 Correspondence stopped, so I emailed them asking for the status of the review.May 8, ************************************************************************************************************************************ They continued to detail steps for a shoe size correction and seemed to have no idea of the previous emails within the exact same email thread.May 9, 2025 I correct them and they respond with they understand I've changed my mind about an exchange -which was incorrect and documented several times over. They repeat that they've sent everything to the manager for review and do not give the warehouse address for returns.June 16, 2025 Still no response. I emailed again inquiring about the status and address.June 17, 2025 They responded that they're still waiting for the manager to review my request.*Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required.

    I ordered a pair of shoes. I received them, they were flimsy and uncomfortable so I contacted northend shop requesting a shipping label and refund. They encouraged me to exchange them. I said no. They said they would have their manager review. They asked for photos and/or a video. I sent it. Now they are saying they will review with their manager again. This has been going on for over a week now.

    I ordered a size 8 shoe. They sent a size 9 They say I have to pay to send them back and they will send the correct size. I do not believe I should have to pay to correct their mistake and I do not trust that they will correct this. I no longer want to do any business with them. They are no longer responding to emails.

    Order# ***** was placed 1-20-25. It took a month to receive my order and the company sent the wrong size and color shoes. I notified them and requested a return and refund. They said the return had to be approved by management (even though it was their mistake). As of 4-6-25, I've yet to get a response and they've stopped responding to my follow-up emails.

    I placed an order for slippers around December 31st. I have never received them! It took weeks to get an update and it appeared from the tracking information that something was wrong because of multiple delays. Their site eventually updated and said they were delivered. I live in a home in a neighborhood and have never had a package lost/not delivered. I explained this to them but it is impossible to speak with anyone. They continued to say it was delivered BUT then on February 2, wrote that they were preparing a new shipment. I haven't been able to receive any updates since so I filed a dispute through ****** and they just wrote to say close my dispute because the package was delivered. What happened to their claim of sending what I never received on the 2nd? I never received the package and want a refund. I never want to deal with this company again. Their lack of customer service and ability to contact someone is extremely frustrating. This is the first time I've ordered with them in good faith, thinking I would receive the goods I paid for but am mistaken. Please assist with my refund.I've enclosed my correspondence below.

    I have not heard from them since filing this complaint.  They contacted me prior claiming the package was delivered and I told them I had not received the package.  I have been unable to speak with anyone at the business to explain that there is a mistake and I have never received a delivery.

    Transaction Date: 1/28/24 (online)Purchase price: $59.97 Online shoe purchase I have not received the purchase in spite of a tracking order that states it was delivered. It was not delivered. I followed up with the company to state there was no delivery and was told the matter would be escalated to a manager. I have heard nothing back.There has been no attempt to resolve this issue. Since the only means of contact is online, I have attached copies of the email exchanges.
