  On 5/21 buisness knocked on my door trying to offer me a bargain deal to pave my driveway. We agreed on a price, the clean up was suppose to be included, repairing any torn lawn, they promised everything would be like new. I questioned my walkway with pavers, and again everything would be as before but "better all brand new". During paving I asked questions such as you pulled up all pavers, make sure you replace them, you cant leave a huge incline someone will trip, "we will replace and repair everything. I told them make sure they will repair torn up lawn, they assured me they would be back to repair everything. They never returned leaving my property like a natural disaster struck. Shortly after they left I noticed severe damage done to the side of my garage. Siding was crushed, and hanging, wood pieces on ground, severe damage. I contacted the business imediately, they said they never did it, it was there, they said they cleaned everything up, the rain will make it look nice!! I sent the business photos. That evening I spoke with the owner who promised everything would be repaired the next morning. They arrived as agreed, the owner had a worker appologize for hitting the garage with a heavy machinery. I am a Disabled Veteran and the entire scenario has caused great anxiety and distress. The price I paid $7000 needs to be adjusted for this traumatic event.

  D&D Paving put down a new top coat over my old binder driveway in May of 2022. I paid them $5,300.00 for what was supposed to be 2 and a half inches but only got less than an inch. Just 4 months later I found a hole in the driveway about the size of a baseball that went down to the old binder about a half inch deep and if it were not for that I would of never known that I did not get even close to the 2 and a half inches of top coat that I paid for. Also every time it rains water seeps into my garage. I called Ben all summer long and he never returned any of my calls until I left a message telling him that I would be taking him to court. He told me that he would fix the problems and then one day I came home from being out of town for the weekend and tripped over a pile of what looks like binder that they just plopped in front of my garage in a couple of spots, never fixed the hole and never called to tell me they were coming to fix anything at all.
